Went on a Sunday around closing time and it was pretty chill. The pan dulce was yummy, they serve it warm. My fave was the pink one which is chocolate filled. Prices are fair. We tried the green smoothie and the strawberry/banana one and the dulce de leche latte. Service was fine, cashier/server was quiet but he got our food out quickly. Will definitely come back when their kitchen is open and try more menu items.
My wife and I came here for a Sunday afternoon brunch, it was fantastic, the breakfast burrito was great! My Wife ordered the avocado toast and she loved it.(not usually my thing) but it was indeed really good if you are in the elk Grove area and are looking for a spot for breakfast lunch or brunch, you found your spot. The staff is very kind and willing to help.
Xulo Coffee is a really nice local café that brings a lot to Elk Grove’s coffee scene. The space has a comfortable, welcoming atmosphere that makes it easy to relax, whether you’re coming in to hang out for a while or just stopping by for a quick bite. The staff is always friendly, attentive, and make the experience feel personal. Food-wise, the burrito I tried was a generous size and definitely filling. I do wish the menu offered a few more protein options besides just pork, as that would make the choices even better. The Mexican bread is a highlight — fresh, flavorful, and a great companion to their drinks. Speaking of drinks, the mocha was excellent: rich, balanced, and one of the better ones I’ve had locally. Overall, Xulo is a great spot that’s worth checking out if you’re in Elk Grove. With a few more menu options, it could easily become a go-to café for both food and coffee.
My boys liked the foods here and we have been here a few times. Good selection of coffee. Friendly services and clean.
We visited on a Wednesday afternoon grabbed a concha and a Mexican coffee and played a few rounds of Connect 4 on a nice comfy couch. Super Cute atmosphere, good music and really lovely service. Next time we will try the breakfast options!! CHECK THIS place out!
The lady at the glasses register gave excellent service—she was very attentive. I didn’t know what drink to choose, and she recommended one that I absolutely loved. The atmosphere was great. The bread, especially the conchas, was delicious, and the drinks were really tasty. Honestly, I loved everything. Thank you! May God bless you and continue to prosper your business more and more.
The breakfast was amazing! I am very picky about gravy and decided to try it anyway and oh my it was great! French toast was really good..all of our food was very good!
I went here on July 11th to get a little morning pick me up after I had finished my workout class. I wanted a little something small and luckily they had a good amount of their small conchas still available. This was my second time going to Xulo Coffee bar, and the quality of the coffee beverages and food was just as good. The little Concha, which I got heated up, was so soft on the parts that did not have the sugar on top. The bread was slightly sweet and the flavor of the horchata on top was perfect. I called that out because it paired really well with the cold brew coffee that I got that had Mexican chocolate in it. The two flavors really complemented each other and I was happy with the combination. The individual that took my order was really awesome I told him I was torn between two of the drinks and he let me know that the cold brew is definitely a favorite regarding the patrons that typically come in. Really happy that I went with that suggestion. Also why I was there the space is very welcoming. There was different age levels of folks in there having conversations, doing work, playing games on their phones together. Also there was some music being played in the background that was just light enough to hear but was not interrupting anyone's conversations. If you're in the area and would like a sweet treat with some good coffee please stop by and check out this place.
